Privacy & the AI assistant
This is my personal site, and the chat is an AI. I keep what's needed to answer you, to understand what visitors ask, and to stop abuse, plus your contact details if you ask me to follow up. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it outside the services that run this site.

Ask-Felipe is an AI
Ask-Felipe is an AI assistant, not Felipe speaking in real time. It answers only from Felipe Lachowski's verified profile and says when the profile has no answer. Its answers can still be wrong; for anything important, email felipe@lachowski.us.
What I collect
- Messages you send to Ask-Felipe, so it can reply and Felipe can understand what visitors ask.
- Your name, email, and optional note, only when you choose to submit the “have Felipe follow up” form.
- Basic technical data such as approximate IP and browser string. I use it only to prevent abuse and rate-limit the AI.
The site runs no advertising and no third-party analytics, and sets no tracking cookies.
Why, and where it's stored
Your messages and any note you leave are stored in Cloudflare D1 on infrastructure operated for this site, and are used only to (1) run the conversation, (2) protect the service from abuse, and (3) let Felipe follow up if you ask him to. Chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate the AI's replies, and notes are delivered by email through Resend. Those two processors handle the data only to provide those functions, and processing may happen in the United States. If you submit the form, your message and the conversation are emailed to Felipe.
What I never do
- Your information is not for sale or rent.
- I share it only with the processors named above, and not for their own marketing.
- I don't use it to build advertising profiles.
Retention & your choices
I keep records while they're useful for follow-up and abuse prevention, then I remove them. To see or delete what's stored about you, email felipe@lachowski.us any time. Please don't put sensitive personal information in the chat.
